FROM MAGNICICENT EXECUTIVE HOMES, to condominiums, new construction or re-sales, nothing is too majestic or too insignificant to capture my interest.  In my twenty years as a real estate professional I have marketed and sold the smallest of in-town properties to country estates, from Chattanooga, Tennessee to Perry, Georgia.  Homes and the people who buy and sell them are my business.  I am dedicated to serving their needs.

ORIGINALLY LICENESED IN 1980, this is my 22nd year serving the Georgia real estate industry and my sixteenth year serving the Atlanta area market.  I have an expanded knowledge of residential construction, having designed, drawn the prints for, and acted as general contractor in the construction of two residential dwellings. This experience, along with a flair for interior decorating, has been a tremendous asset in counseling customers and clients on the feasibility of structural changes and cosmetic enhancements to existing structures.

I AM AN ASSOCIATE BROKER with Chapman Hall, Realty, a 16-year member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I am a former director of the Northwest Georgia Board of Realtors and sat on the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees of that board.

I AM A FULL-TIME REALTOR, dependent on the fruits of my efforts. I ascribe to the code of ethics of the National Association of Realtors and abide by the Golden Rule. As a professional in every sense of the word, I take pride in implementing the latest technology in my marketing strategies and pledge my greatest efforts in meeting my client's needs.
